Sometimes it can be easier to come and explain your complaint personally.
You are always welcome at our offices at Hertogstraat 43, 1000 Brussels between 08.30 and 17.30 from Monday to Friday. But please make an appointment first. Brussel. We are close to both the Brussel-Central train station and the Kunst-Wet metro station.
The Federal Ombudsman also travels to where you are.
